making the most of your space: bunk beds

Some ICDC readers are parents, and have limited living space in their homes for kids' rooms - and even less for "sleepovers."

Some live alone, but in spaces as tiny as 250 square feet.  So whether it's an apartment in Dupont or a house in Georgetown that isn't as big as you'd like it to be, here are a few fantastic ideas for maximizing your space by crafting built-in bunk beds.

Remember: be creative!  Bunk beds can include double beds and can be configured into even the strangest shaped room.  They make the most of your space and are fairly inexpensive to build if you have the right contractor.

ICDC would happily move into any of these rooms!
