Dutch wax fabric batik prints - which originated in the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia) where locals used the technique of wax-resistant dying (basically applying wax to a cloth, and then dying over that wax to create a pattern) - are brightly colored with beautiful patterns. 

How to use Dutch wax fabric in a room?

Use them to cover chairs, the backs of sofas and as pillows and table runners:

Use them as rugs or to cover ottomans:
