fashion friday

Last week, ICDC showed you the New York home of Patricia Herrera Lansing.  Harper Bazaar's interview and tour of Patricia's home also included sister Carolina Herrera Baez.

This week, ICDC gives you the Herrera-Baez home in Madrid, as featured in Elle Decor.

What is so striking about these homes - especially Baez's - is that they are globally chic.  There's nothing to give away the fact that the Herrera-Baez home is actually in Spain.

Baez used a 19th century bergere, an 18th century Venetian side chair, a campaign daybed, a flea-market-found settee upholstered in a suzani (a wedding gift), and a Jonathan Adler chandelier - wow!  Seamless international design takes talent.
